influenza was known as swine flu.it spreads faster than sars.the flu spreads around the world.i think taking tempreature is effective because it helps to see if a person has swine flu.i am trying not to get this disease by following the hygiene rules.i think it has surfaced in countries like hong kong and malaysia.other countries prevent the spread of this flu by following the hygiene rules.

exams are just around the corner.i am very nervous everytime i do my maths exam i will either fail or pass.for me it depends on luck.i hope i will pass.

we have to eat many fruits and vegetables in order to stay healthy.the unhealthy food that adults and children like to eat are oily food.if we eat healthily when we are older we won't get diabetes and other sickness.some of the diseases associated with eating unhealthily are diabetes.i only know one.if we eat fruits and vegetables when we are older we won't get diseases.i like fruits but i don't like vegetables.i support the school in asking children to eat well.

i've been looking forward to go for my school camp.my wish has come true.it's going to be really awesome i hope so.my favourite part is when of of that days we will be going to sentosa.my favourite japanese animae as in japenese cartoon is skip beat.

Last week was my school sports day.some people attend and some did not.it was very fun.you get to see people run and have fun at the same time.the most interesting part was when they passed two gigantic balls and you need to prevent it from touching the ground.we were all sitting at the grandstand.but i coulden't even touch the ball.when i wanted to touch a girl sitting beside me came infront of me and touch it.our school has four houses,ruby,emerald,sapphire and lastly topaz.i am in topaz house.but topaz came in second.sapphire came in first.just like every year.our pe theacher didn't change the marks.the uninteresting part was when topaz came in last for running.the school doesn't need to improve.it is already very nice.i think engaging in sports is important and useful because it helps to keep us fit anh healthy.be healthy stay healthy.i engage in sports like basketball and sometimes soccer.if i was the principal of the school i would tell the pupils that engaging in sports is fun and we can stay fit.

I will defend the animals because they are hunt by people for their skin to make products such as handbags,belts and many other things.Fur Coats are usually worn by rich people but i thing it is better to wear man-made materials because fur coats are made of animal fur for me it is like you are hurting them.I really hope people stop hunting them.
